Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Strategies

Diversity is not only the collection of all the ways we are alike and different from one another; it is made up of the unseen characteristics that make us part of our individual culture and group.

The business case for implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies differs for every organization. The general business case for valuing and managing diversity and inclusion within an organization is that it increases trust, collaboration, creativity, communications, productivity, performance, and morale. Additionally, research indicates that there is greater engagement around an organization’s mission and vision in more inclusive organizations.

DLJ & Associates partners with organizations to envision, develop, and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion DEI strategies. The strategy includes:

  1. A review of the organization’s current culture and how DEI will benefit the organization and its team members
  2. Customized development and facilitation of diversity, equity and inclusion training workshops for all team members / employees
  3. Development of a DEI Sustainability Plan which will support the organization as it becomes comfortable and prospers with a culture that includes similarities and differences
