2010 Women of Excellence
Deborah Holland has been chosen as one of the New Pittsburgh Courier's 2010 Women of Excellence. Deborah was nominated by the Courier's readership for being a businesswoman, mother, wife, philanthropist, daughter, entrepreneur and an African American Woman.
The awards were established more than 5 years ago to recognize women who influence the African-American community. The awards luncheon was first held in 2008 and each year over 500 people come out to pay tribute and congratulate the honorees.
